| Duties: | 1. Order appraisals ensuring independence
2. Review valuations to verify compliance with the engagement, regulations, and the Appraisal Policy
3. Monitor license and insurance expiration
4. Image valuations to system
5. Provide support and advice to the customer (the market)
6. Provide support to the Appraisal Compliance Officer
7. Commercial/residential appraisal review
8. In house property evaluation commercial and residential
9. Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate lending.
Personal computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Have strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
Must be willing to take initiative.
Must be a great oral and written communicator with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and as a team.
