| Description: | The IT Web Developer will be responsible for supporting existing custom web applications as well as develop new applications with an emphasis on bringing together the functionality of disparate systems. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment and maintain a focus on priorities as directed by management.

| Duties: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications.
Conduct testing of Web applications–unit and system before passing on to user testing.
Participate in user acceptance testing and report results.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines while openly communicating with IT management.
Address support-related issues as escalated from level 1 support.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with hardware and software issues.
Proficient in Internet-related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Candidate must be a team player and accept team achievement over personal recognition.

| Qualifications: | Desired skills and personal qualities
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
· ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5
· VB.Net, SQL, HTML , CSS
· Microsoft Visual Studio
· Microsoft SSIS
· Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
· Ability and willingness to work in a structured, task oriented team environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
· Willingness to respond to technical support and customer service needs, in accordance with IT support guidelines.
· Photoshop/Graphic Design a plus.
· DB/2 database knowledge a plus.
· Java Script knowledge a plus.
