| Duties: | Understanding, reviewing and analyzing business and personal financial statements and tax returns
Calculating and interpreting financial ratios to be used in making sound loan decisions
Presenting a summary of financial information in an understandable and easy to read format
Apply Banks credit policy to potential lending opportunities
Recommending loan decisions on commercial loan requests
Ability to assess credit and secondary repayment risk to the Bank
Providing excellent customer service and professionalism to market personnel
Setting acceptable loan conditions to ensure soundness of banks loan portfolio
Consulting with market representative on loan requests to ensure policy compliance
Learning and maintaining proficiencies with automated loan decision software
Assist in other duties as assigned by the Small Business Lending Director

| Qualifications: | Prior lending experience, credit experience or exposure to a lending environment preferred
Four year college degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
General understanding of Bank Credit Policy and Underwriting Standards
Customer Service Oriented
General understanding of bank regulations and compliance laws
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Attentive to detail
Willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to react quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
Demonstrate proficiency of policies and procedures in order to utilize good judgment in making sound decisions
Demonstrate self-motivation and independence in performing job duties.
