| Description: | The successful candidate will be responsible for review, input, maintenance and interface of loan accounts. The successful candidate will also problem solve AS400 application and coding issues. Other duties include special project assignments and training platforms. Positive interaction with Management and Department Team Members is a must in order to expedite and deliver impeccable service to platform branch personnel and our external customer base. |
| Qualifications: | Working knowledge of Retail, Mortgage, and Commercial Loan Documents
Strong Data Entry skills are required
Process Oriented with a High Level of Accuracy
Extremely Customer Service Oriented, both internally and externally
General understanding of Bank Regulation
Working Knowledge of Bank Credit Policy and Underwriting Standards
Ability to react quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
Well Organized and Attentive to Detail
Willing to work in a Team Environment
General Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred, especially Outlook
High School Diploma
Prior Work Experience in Financial Environment
