Duties:Reconcile general ledger, internal deposit accounts and official checks accounts with supporting subsidiary application system ledgers or documentation on a frequency interval as determined by the Reconciliation Manager and the Director of Enterprise Risk Officer.

Research supporting documentation and determine reasons for outstanding account reconciling items, and ensure that the account owner resolves the reconciling items on a timely basis.

Maintain reconcilements and supporting account reconciliation supporting documentation for audit purposes and in accordance with the Company’s records retention program.

Interact with all departments to ensure that proper records are being faxed to support all outages that occur.
Qualifications:Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Professionalism in dealing with company personnel and coworkers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or high school education with an accounting/business emphasis or equivalent experience.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure and to balance various project simultaneously.

Team player with a willingness to assist others.
