| Duties: | Administer and coordinate the Bank’s information security and monitoring standards and procedures.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the security framework and assessing its performance through effective means.
Serve as Management’s primary consultant on all matters relating to information security.
Assist in developing and implementing adequate policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the Director of Information Technology for the development, acquisition, and implementation of information and security systems to ensure all bank policies and Information Security and Information Technology Departments' standards are adhered to.
Coordinate with the Bank's Training Coordinator in the development of education and training programs for all employees of the Bank relative to the laws and regulations that affect employee responsibilities and the Bank's security policies and procedures.
Maintain a multi-level security infrastructure.
Engage in training and certification programs that are necessary to retain sufficient competency to perform assigned duties and maintain effective information systems monitoring programs.
Set the training requirements of the Information Security Department employees involved with carrying out this policy and the supporting standards and procedures.

| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in auditing and information security.
Four to six years of bank internal audit experience with a working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404, COBIT, FFIEC Information Technology and Information Security regulatory guidance and general network security internal controls.
Exceptional written and listening communications skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and to balance several projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in situations free from personal bias.
Must be a team player with the willingness to assist others.
Ability to travel occasionally.
