| Description: | The successful candidate will be responsible for review of all credits originated by platform branches. This review includes Credit Policy Adherence, Bank Underwriting, Regulatory Compliance, etc. The candidate will exhibit best practices and be extremely customer service oriented, supporting both internal branch staff and external customers in a positive and professional manner. This position offers a challenging and dynamic work environment for an individual motivated to advance professionally in a community based, growth oriented financial institution. |
| Qualifications: | Prior Credit Review and Credit Analysis Experience Preferred
Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance Preferred
Previous Lending Experience or Exposure to a Lending Environment a must
Extremely Customer Service Oriented
Strong understanding of Bank Regulation and Compliance Laws
Solid understanding of Bank Credit Policy and Underwriting Standards
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Well Organized and Attentive to Detail
Willing to work in a Team Environment
Ability to react quickly in a Dynamic and Changing Environment
Excellent Communication Skills
