| Description: | The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing paid out loan documents, preparing lien releases, initiating customer correspondence, and maintaining closed files. |
| Duties: | Responsibilities may include report preparation, training, policy and procedure development, interaction with bank and regulatory personnel, or other such projects as assigned by management. |
| Qualifications: | Good Working Knowledge of Commercial, Retail, and Mortgage Loan Documentation and Lien Release Procedures.
Prior Payout Processing Experience a plus.
Well Organized and Attentive to Detail.
Ability to react quickly in a Dynamic and Changing Environment.
Willing to work in a Team Environment.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
High School Diploma or Previous Work Experience in a Financial Environment.
